Understanding how to implement Lifestyle as Medicine into one’s own life is ultimately the best way to optimize the ability to prevent, arrest and even reverse chronic disease. Our healthcare system is failing. Premature death and the incidence of chronic illnesses such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes are needlessly skyrocketing.
